at least 28 days in advance of the leave dates requested. On receipt of your
holiday form it will take up to two weeks for us to review and approve – If you
have not heard back from us after those two weeks you should contact your line

A: No, any confirmation of your employment can be done
via payslips and your contract. If they require further details the person
